Refund Policy

Effective date: April 4, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans sold by Narevik.

1. Subscription Plans

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your portal.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then.
  • Charges for the current billing period are non-refundable once the period has started.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for partial months or years.

2. Setup & Onboarding

  • If your bot has not yet been delivered, a full refund is available upon request.
  • Once your custom AI bot has been delivered, the setup is considered complete and non-refundable.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@narevik.com as soon as possible.
  • Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges will be reviewed and corrected promptly.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscription fees for billing periods already started.
  • Overage charges ($0.01 per conversation above your plan limit).
  • Any third-party costs incurred on the customer's side.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@narevik.com with your account details and reason. We respond within 2 business days. The fastest way to resolve any billing issue is to contact us before initiating a card dispute.

Narevik reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
