Clear operating terms for Narevik services.
Effective date: April 4, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your access to the Narevik website and your purchase or use of any Narevik services.
1. Scope
Narevik provides online business services including website clarity audits, copy improvements, FAQ or chatbot setup support, and related digital deliverables.
2. Orders and acceptance
A purchase, written approval, or accepted payment link order creates a service engagement. Narevik may decline or cancel an order if required information is missing, if the requested work falls outside scope, or if the work would violate applicable law or platform rules.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, page, and contact information.
- Make sure you have the right to share any content, assets, or documents you submit.
- Review outputs before publishing them to your own audience or website.
- Maintain your own third-party accounts, domains, and platform subscriptions unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. No performance guarantee
Narevik does not guarantee leads, conversions, rankings, revenue, response rates, or any other business outcome. The services are designed to improve clarity and reduce friction, but market response depends on many factors outside Narevik's control.
5. Timelines and delivery
Quoted timelines begin only after payment and receipt of the materials needed to start. Delays caused by missing content, slow approvals, or third-party platform issues extend delivery timelines accordingly.
6. Payment
One-time services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a monthly or recurring service is offered, billing terms will be shown on the relevant offer page or checkout page. You authorize Stripe and its processing partners to charge the selected payment method for approved charges.
7. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact Narevik before initiating a chargeback so the issue can be reviewed promptly.
8. Intellectual property
After full payment, you may use the final deliverables prepared specifically for your project for your business purposes. Narevik retains ownership of its internal methods, frameworks, prompts, templates, and pre-existing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Third-party tools and hosting
Some services depend on third-party platforms such as Stripe, Google Workspace, Vercel, AI providers, CMS tools, or website builders. Narevik is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or data loss caused by those third-party services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narevik is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill. Narevik's total liability relating to a service engagement will not exceed the amount actually paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
Narevik may suspend or end an engagement if the customer fails to pay, abuses the service, requests unlawful or deceptive work, or materially breaches these terms. The customer may stop future work at any time, subject to the refund and cancellation rules.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the services.
13. Contact
